Our fully trained interpreters are fluent in English and at least one mother tongue language as well as belonging to leading industry associations such as the  Institute of Linguists (IoL)  or the  Institute of Translators and Interpreters (ITI) . Most of our interpreters are also court, legal and/or public service interpreters who are fully registered with the National Register of Public Service Interpreters (NRPSI) and have been DBS checked with a minimum of 5 years sector experience thus ensuring the safety of all parties. Consequently, we have a high level of expertise and experience of working with Government Agencies, Doctors/GP Practices, Schools, Solicitors, Councils, Prisons. Our interpreters are experienced at dealing with many sensitive issues such as immigration, family child care, mental health, medical, etc where confidentiality is paramount. All our Interpreters sign a Confidentiality Agreement on commencement of employment with us to ensure our clients’ business remains confidential.
